  10. There seems to be a lot of general interest in this, so I'll post here.

  12. I decided to do a little checking and found that the PM manual I have is
  13. for version 1.3 and that it's not at the Qualcomm site anymore. There's
  14. one for version 1.4 and one for version 1.3.1, both of which are in Word
  15. for the Mac format.

  17. I wasn't sure if it was PageMaker that was the important part for folks or
  18. v. 1.3 aspect, or something else, so trying to cover all possible
  19. contingencies, what's there is, all uncompressed:

  21. The PageMaker doc for 1.3
  22. * A Word for Windows of 1.4
  23. * A Word for dos, with its style sheet, for 1.4, and
  24. * the several parts to the 1.3.1 manual in subdirectory 1_3_1 still in Word for
  25.   Mac format

  27. Anonymous ftp to sonoran.arid.arizona.edu gets you to my pub directory (usually
  28. it works...). My machine is only up from about 8:30-5 when I'm here at work
  29. (Arizona time) so as long as you keep to that (and I haven't crashed, which has
  30. been happening a lot lately!), you should find them and get the one you want.

  84. I'm assuming that this is an Archie client but how do I run it, specifically
  85. how do I tell it the archie server name?
